Pathway to a Swedish Medical License
This event is designed to guide foreign-educated medical professionals through the process of obtaining a Swedish medical license. Join us to explore how we can help you successfully transition your medical career to Sweden!
Please note that this event is open only to those who have obtained a healthcare education from outside of Sweden.
There are 22 professions within health and medical care in Sweden that require a Swedish medical license. If you have been educated in another country in any of these professions and want to work in Sweden, you must apply for and receive a Swedish medical license before you can start working.
Roland Khadampour, International Office Region Skåne, will provide an overview of the required steps for obtaining a Swedish medical license, share key resources, and highlight the various opportunities available, including language services and professional support.
